I understand an AN or V-cap teflons are justified if there are only a few caps in the whole audio chain. But that's never the case. All CD or SACD players have caps in audio path. All phono preamps have. All professional equipment used to produce or record music has caps. Speakers have caps in their crossovers. And in most cases, they are not AN or V-cap, and not even equal to Russian teflons. If one agrees that the weakest link determines the overall level of the system, what is the rationale of using super quality caps in an amplifier while ignoring cap quality elsewhere in the audio chain?
