Fi X and Fi Y combination buzz trouble shoot

Just wondering if any one has experienced what I am experiencing now. I have a Fi X and Y combination, however, one of the channel has a slightl low-level buzz noise, even when Fi-Y is turned down all the way, it does not have the problem when using other preamp with the X only when using with the Y, tried swaping Y tubes, but still same problem in the same channel. any suggestions??
