on the Ohms range it will only measure the value of the input resistor, which will typically read several hundred K up to a meg. This resistor is in parallel with the tube's input capacitance, which not only varies depending on the type of circuit employed and the values used but reduces with frequency.A typical 6SN7 grounded cathode input stage has an input impedance of 100 - 150K. This is measured at 20Khz, the accepted upper end of the audible spectrum. Compare this with the measured DC resistance measurement!
The input impedance can be easily predicted from a circuit diagram. Alternatively, you can measure it with a sig gen and a scope or an AC meter.
