Hi Bob,
the presentation improves substantially with some makeshift 1" fiberglass panels on the ceiling. I've heard the argument about their predominantly horizontal dispersion, but there's no question that things improve. BTW, my Maggies are on Mye stands, which elevate them another 3" or so.
