Hey, I have had the same problem before I bought my TACT2.0S

It works like a charm! It reduced all my echoes and flattened out my frequency response. I don’t know of anything else on the market that is as effective unless you stick a Real Trap at every corner, every first reflection point (floor and ceiling). You can get a unit on Audiogon for about 1200.
