Sorry I've been away from this post for so long. The plots have an offset issue that was part of the original measurements taken. That 16 db offset is just a normalization issue when we took the measurements. Basically there was no reference level. You'll note the curves don't change. I've pointed this out and have offered to take the measurements again. I expect there is not much if any difference between the before and after once we establish a reference level.
