PPP performance is erratic

My 5-year-old PPP is no longer operating properly. It may show 121 or 122 input voltage, but it shows 126 or 127 output voltage. Input distortion hovers around 4.9 percent, but the output is no lower than 3.4 percent.

After about 5 minutes of operation, the fans kicks in and the relay begins to click every 3 seconds.

All of this occurs regardless of the equipment plugged into it and even when no equipment is plugged in.

Is there anything I can do or is the unit in need of servicing?
