P500 PROBLEM

Folks, since yesterday I got very loud hum coming from the speakers. I have backup pieces for every component, and turned out the source is P500. The music plays for a few secs and goes dead. The hum remains. With the solid state preamp (my main is tube) there is almost no hum, but still no music. I've been using the P500 1.5 years, bought it used, never had any problems.

Please advise what to do. Thank you very much.
