PPP question

I have 2 PPP's in my system. They are both plugged into the same duplex. According to the display readouts, one is performing perfectly - voltage output a steady 120, and distortion output at .5.
The other one reads input voltage 123, output 122, and a distortion output of .9. I have tried reducing the load, but it has no impact on the readouts. Is there something wrong here?
