Single subwoofer to C-100

What is the best way to attach a single (powered) subwoofer to a C-100 amp? Should a Y-cable be attached to both line-level outputs? Or is it OK to just attach a single cable to one output? If the latter, does it matter which one?

In case it matter, the sub is an SVS 20-39 PCi.
