It comes down to this: short of equipment failure, what works for one person may not work for the next one. As sure as I say two components have fantastic synergy, the next person will say they sound awful together. In light of that, why would a manufacturer bother going to the trouble?Additionally, specifying synergistic components might hurt sales. Think about it.
