This is with the RL (10 ohms || 14uH). Note that adding the RL
reduced the comp cap need from 3900pF (with no capacitor load)
to 2500pF for flat frequency response.

Pulling the RL out and leaving the comp cap at 2500pF won't get
flat frequency response (even with no capacitor load). There
is a slight peak of 1.0795v at a frequency of 396.28Khz. The 1Khz
value is .991297v.

Using a comp cap of 3900pF with no RL achieves perfect flat frequency
response (with no capacitor load).
