Probably the thing that you are most interested is the impedance tramsformation while the power transformer is concerned with voltage transformation.
The impedance transformation is the square of the voltage transformation (the turns ratio).
If you need a 22.5K:8 impedance ratio the turns ratio is sqrt(22500/8)=53. So assuming no leakage flux that would be around a 110V to 2V transformer.
