The marketers and manufacturers of the products to which you allude are actually not against Blind tests, or tests of any kind, as you suggest. I'm actually a little surprised not more of the outspoken naysayers haven't organized any tests in all this time, esp. blind tests, for any of these products. Nary a peep.

The manufacturers and marketers of "these products" would like to see someone, anyone, including the highly skeptical ones, perform any testing at all - whether it be blind, sighted or what have you. By all means, test away. In fact, test your brains out, if you like.

But, ya see, I got this nagging feeling and I doubt whether you or the other folks on the side of "reason" and "skepticism" will ever come around to testing, as talking and argument seems to be more your game.
