Actually BJH, I don't have a problem with religion. I just don't think it makes sense to turn to religion when you want insight into the work of a prominent physicist. I might add that this is especially true when the religion denies carbon dating and HIV, and incorporates crop circles into their dogma.As for the rest of your message, I don't follow your reasoning. Are you suggesting that what the guy said at the G8 somehow justifies the (similarly genocidal) positions of the HIV deniers? Or that G8 policy should for some reason be blamed on science? I just don't get it.
Or were you just hoping that I would take this bait and chime in trying to justify the AIDS policy of G8 countries? Why would I do that?
