OK, got it. But then one advantage of feedback isn't really
an advantage (reduces distortion), cause it really is doing a
good job on the 2nd, but not the other harmonics. To get *real*
reduction, you have to apply lots of feedback. Otherwise you are
stuck on top of that hump that Cheever shows in his Fig 2-15.

Doesn't using a lot of feedback open a different can of worms -
like phase problems?

One side question, is there a link somewhere where I can
order copies of the articles you refer to in WW, like the
Baxandall article.
