If the FTC got involved with subjective claims about anything, it would be overwhelmed with cases that would span far beyond audio. It should only get involved where deceit can be proven in court or if the safety to the consumer becomes an issue.

Kait's products are no different from the magic herbs in the health food store. If people are honest with themselves either way, things will take care of themselves.

And if people refuse to be honest with themselves, we should not punish those marketing the products, unless something can be proven in court as deceitful. And in my opinion, the only products in audio that may have crossed that line have been some digital products of recent time. Not Kait's products, aftermarket cables, or other "tweak" products.
