This stuff is really starting to get under your skin. Why would being called weak minded bother you so much? Self doubt?
As noted previously, this is a faceless internet forum. The AUDIO A-S-Y-L-U-M LOL! You're looking for sanity when there are people rubbing cream on wires and CD's to improve sound?
Why do you feel the need to start threads about a subject guaranteed to get the very responses you loathe? Answers that run contrary to your religion of audio beliefs?
Isn't it enough to be satisfied that you have attained audio nirvana with your wires and tubes? Must even one objectivist be "converted" the way you say you were?
Just be careful that you don't start knocking on peoples doors with a handful of wire to convert them to Nordovahs Ear Witnesses for goodness sake!
Quit doubting yourself if you have so much faith in your super-hearing ability. Or look yourself in the mirror and ask why.
Believe me, I don't twist and turn at night wondering how much better my system would sound if I gave some shyster thousands of dollars for some wire or decided to warm my house with tubes instead of an HVAC. I'm quite happy with my system. You sure seem to lack confidence for someone who claims to be as happy with theirs.cheers,
