Where is your xover point?
Use one cabinet and xover at 40hz, 50hz to 80hz (experiment)
Push the output of the single sub up to get a piston motion on the cone
There was a club I used to do national Blues acts at here in town
I was running two RCF 18" subs on each side of the stage
(roughly 20ft apart)
When you stood anywhere but the center of the room the bass drum
would hammer you in the chest
If you stood in the center stage between the subs the low end would virtually disappear
Discconnected one of the subs and there was uniform bass anywhere
you stood in the room
Dont be afraid to experiment to get uniform deep low end everywhere
in the room
Try stacking the subs in one spot in the room together
