The easy way out is to purchase the XLR connectors

Solder them up yourself

When you look at the inside of the connector next to each pin
you will see the number assigned to the pin
1 2 or 3
You need to know if your amp out is using pins 2 and 3 or 1 and 2
or bla bla

You can simply stick the speaker wire in the outputs to see which pins
are hot on each channel
Polarity is also an issue

This is simply the other alternative to Bills suggestion

You can get the connectors at www.partsexpress.com
You either want male XLR or female XLR
