NEED SUGGESTION ON AUDIO CONSOLE PLEASE

Pro studio recording equipment and music production/industry.

The boss has the whole shop looking for a small broadcast quality audio console (4, 6, or 8 faders)with automated (flying) faders and IP Control as opposed to serial.
Is anyone out there aware of such a animal?
Oh, and he doesn't want it to cost an arm and a leg............
