The picture is illegible. You are right in using 250v polys. For coils 14 ga wire is fine, just as important is whether to use air or bar core, go with bar if it's necessary to keep DCR at .5 ohms or less. The resistor should be a 20 watt wirewound, there are some made specificaly for crossover use. I can't imagine either a .82 or .12 uf cap in a crossover network.
