Ex BBC Studer Revox A810 1/4 inch tape recorder in switch-on running order. This machine is being sold on a sold-as-seen basis. I would prefer it if you were able to have the unit picked up or pick it up yourself from my location in SE London.

The item weighs circa 38Kg (circa 72 Imperial Pounds) without packaging. If you want to find out the postage costs from me to you then please see http://www.royalmail.com to work out prices.

Packaging will cost an extra $10.00

These are a rough idea of the possible courier costs.

USA circa US $350

Europe circa 150 Euros

UK circa £60

Australia & Asia circa US $350

Ex BBC Studer Revox PR99 1/4 inch tape recorder in switch-on running order. This machine is being sold on a sold-as-seen basis. If you want to see this item you need to put in a good bid above the reserve price first and then make an appointment to come and see it. I would prefer it if you were able to have the unit picked up or pick it up yourself from my location in SE London. I would consider sending it by courier inside the UK but at the moment do not know what this would cost, probably somewhere in the region of £40.00

This machine was used some time ago for a music project and now needs a good home. It could probably benefit from a service too. Aside from general wear and tear the plastic cap which tops the rewind button appears to have gone missing. The rewind function works. In the absence of spare parts it would be a relatively easy matter to use the plastic cap atop the 'pause' button, little used on reel to reel tape recorders.
