Are you considering a purchase, or just going into the pub for a one time gig?
Frankly, your "needs" are contradictory, meaning you get what you pay for. You're not going to get deep bass out of those speakers, even in a little room. Plus, a 100'x100' bar is a lot larger than a single pair of loudspeakers of that quality range could ever do a decent job for the size crowd in that room.
The speakers you suggest that "don't need gobs of power" for is due to the fact that they aren't very high powered speakers, not because they'll do well with little power(as you seem to conclude).Some questions:
Is this a DJ gig?
How many people in the crowd of this 100 foot square bar?
Have you considered renting a suitable system?
I'll refrain from making any actual recommendations until I see more detail about what/where the situation is.Best regards,
