yes and no. No it cant do it on its own. however if you can write software Ive seen it done. I am not good enough at code myself tho. Ive also seen a computer modded to accept a d88 drive internally for transfers. Anything can be done. You would probably be better off just spending the $200 and getting all the parts you need to use the d8.
