There are a few different boxes that will take your consumer level -10dBV rca and convert it to +4dBu balanced. The high quality ones are made by Aphex (Model 124A) and Henry Audio (Matchbox). These boxes are in the $200 range. Rolls also makes a cheaper version for about $65 called the MB15. All of these boxes are stereo and bi-directional.
