Hi shinding,I've used the Topaz transformers to provide spike suppression for industrial equipment. It does a good job of stopping high energy spikes and RF, but it is not going to isolate your grounds for you.
What equipment are you having hum problems with? Is this in a permanent install or is a traveling rig? If you truly have a ground loop problem, you can usually eliminate it by paying attention to where you plug your equipment in. Depending on how your system is setup you can usually run everything on the same power by running a heavy extension cord from the stage to your mixer location.
