Typically a fuse/breaker will open DURING operation

If you shut the unit off and it was operational then I suspect
an output transistor has failed

When you turn it back on if the output transister has shorted
it will take out the main bus fuse on the amp everytime

Typically this bus fuse is located in the proximity of the AC power
cable coming off the back of the amp
