After zooming in on the photo I can see one huge problem you have
and that is time alignment
Might I suggest you try a DBX driverack on that setup before you
built new cabs?
With the DBX you can set xover points, EQ, graph or parametric,
Limiters, and you can time align your cabs/horns.
With a flat consdensor you run through a series of test signals
to achieve what is much closer to "correct"
