Try phoning every sound rental company you can find in the yellow pages. One of them may have a bucket of old connectors sitting around.

I saw some blister-packed at a music store some time back... I used them for the transformer connections to my Contrabasses.

Another brand name you could find them under was Alcatel.

"Jones" connectors are completely different, but they do have a real vintage look: dark bakelite and wrinkle finish.
