You are not injecting noise into the system with balanced lines

Thats why they have balance lines to eliminate RF noise

Your noise is either op amp or improper gain structure

Try turning the input gains on the power amps down til the noise is
gone

Its possible you have noise coming right from your mix

If you lower the gain on a channel and you dont hear the hiss then
you have a noisey mixer

It could be coming from anywhere in the chain

99% sure its not coming from your balanced mic cables
