... its not me who needs the cable. Currently I'm not even using my Quad, I use two MC2s, one QSC and an Omniphonics (identical to BeyerDynamic Blueprint) for my speakers.
As for how much I'd be willing to spend on single speaker cable: roughly as much as for 15amp mains cable. Personally I use Sommer Elephant 8x4sqmm purely because it is so much more convenient for powering 4way actives then 4 seperate cables.
Although I do think you meant to answer the original post...
