17x17 means there will be some wicked room nodes and stuff. Find a spreadsheet or program that tells you where the nodes are located and what frequency. I'm not sure what you can do to fix that, other than move or tilt a wall or build a divider to knock a few feet off one dimension, or just listen through headphones.
