"I have verified this with my Prism dScope III and my WaveCrest jitter analyzer that there is no differences in jitter in my products between applications and operating systems."
So Gordon, to your mind, are there other possible sources for the sonic differences between software applications than the oft-mentioned "noise" contamination of the DAC by the computer either airborne, via digital cable or via AC circuit?
I'm finding it more and more difficult to imagine that software could account fully for the magnitude of differences being reported between the players.
thoughts?
