My understanding is that Amarra only takes advantage of internal EQ available with Model4, but the primary sonic benefits of Amarra are realizable with most interfaces and DACs that it supports.
I didnt use the Model4 at RMAF, and yet when I did iTunes versus Amarra demos for attendees, they all heard the improvement of Amarra.
I dont sell Amarra BTW. I just use it.
