Not sure totally, it would involve figuring out which wire was the +5V, which was the -5V, and which was the ground. Then, you should be able to just ignore the -5V.
I suppose, if you test the voltage between all the wires, you are going to get (at least) one combination that is a 10V difference. You know these are your +5 and -5. Mark them. Then find another wire that those two wires show a 5V difference, that must be ground. Then figure out polarity. Then solder to the connector.
I don't if three wires are in use, or all 5, that could complicate figuring it out, but its certainly doable.
