Since Power = Volts X Amps you will need a higher current (Amps) rated power supply when running 12 Volts vs 19 Volts.
90W / 19V = 4.7 Amps
90W / 12V = 7.5 Amps
And it's not clear if those ratings are peak or average (probably peak). If you go with a 12V power supply a unit that can output 10 Amps should have sufficient head room to spare. Make sure the cabling connections are reasonably tight.
