RE: Raspberry Pi- Do some micro SD cards sound better than others?

I am hooked on SSDs due to the speed and reliability

When I built my music "server" some years ago, SSDs were probibitively expensive and, given how my library has grown since, still are. I seem to get good results from those 10TB Samsung 5400rpm drives that have the mechanism sealed in helium.

Whatever, I think it was your suggestion that led me to try feeding my DAC with an iFi iPurifier3 USB isolator. First results were encouraging but feeding it with its own power supply made for an extraordinary difference. I've tried more USB gizmos than I care to admit to but this one is definitely a cut above the rest. So, many thanks.
