You have the basis of an excellent streamer already. I would recommend the Picoreplayer (free download) as a good system to use. It supports not just the player software but can also be configured to act as an LMS server. So if you add to your Pi a powered USB hub and a USB hard drive enclosure with drive of your choice you have a complete system for little outlay.
HiFi Berry supply enclosures to enclose the Pi with the DAC HAT you already have.
