I use Roon but it's not cheap. You did ask for "the best way" ;-)

I can login to Tidal & Qobuz via Roon and have access to my locally ripped music as well as the entire Tidal & Qobuz libraries integrated together on-screen.

All of this is controlled from my iPad and streamed over the network to my Raspberry Pi and Sonore microRendu.
