Configure Foobar carefully and avoid all those useless plugins, and it is as good as JRiver, but without those scores of additional registry entries. Install Kernel Streaming, ASIO, WASAPI and set buffer length as low as you can, and you will find that it works well. KS is best for me. Foobar also suppoprts DSD. Go to the web for install and user guides.
