Adobe announced that it would stop providing security updates for Flash Player 3 years ago and it is now officially dead. Flash Player has been plagued with bugs and security vulnerabilities for years. It is no longer needed since the adoption of HTML5 in all modern browsers a few years back.
If you're still running ancient Windows and ancient browsers you might be SOL.
