I did variations on a Google search for "LG OLED TV Ethernet problems" and came up with some hits. Try different searches like "LG TV Ethernet problems".Have you tried resetting the TV to factory defaults, update to the latest firmware, power cycle. Then see how it behaves?
Oh, I just read about doing a cold reboot by holding the Power Button for 30-seconds. However, I'm not sure which exact LG models this applies to.
