Ok its a guess because I don't do mac but looking at this screen there seems to be 2 servers. The DLNA and the Itunes one. Its possible that the streamers are just seeing both.
OP what happens if you turn off the itunes server?
ALso I am fairly certain the DLNA server is Twonky. I used to see it show up but can't seem to find it now. I thankfully don't do DLNA.
