Close the downloader and retry again. Repeat until your download is complete. I have the same problem. It may help to unplug your modem, and let it reset before you try to download, and maybe it won't.Nothing makes me happier than to check the status of my download and to see that all the songs have "failed." In fact I have put off buying the Bowie boxed set, "Who Can I Be Now" just because I know it would be an exercise in misery.
You will succeed eventually. Keep trying.
Edit: one more tip, go into the menu of the downloader and reduce the number of songs downloaded at one time from three to one. It may help.
