After rebooting Windows 10 after latest update Signalyst HQPlayer Desktop stopped working. Tried uninstall and reinstall to no avail. Ended up using Acronis to restore Windows to earlier state before the Windows update and stopped Windows Update for 1 week Checked the Signalyst Web site and the latest version is still 3.16.1.
