Did you update to the most recent macOS Sierra 10.12.4? It appears that not all UAC2 USB audio devices experience the problems described. But if you haven't updated to the latest 10.12.4, you may want to hold off for a while.
You can very easily see what you're running by going to the apple icon in the upper left of your screen then choose "About this Mac".
