A minimalist approach might be of benefit. Perhaps consider a set of four pea-sized bits of Blu Tack (or any other poster tack) affixed between the bottom of the larger UltraCap LPS-1 and the rack shelf surface, and another set of four bits of Blu Tack affixed between the bottom of the smaller mRendu stacked on top of the UltraCap LPS-1.
If there's enough room on your rack shelf for a 6-inch wide laminated bamboo board, a set of four Herbie's Audio Lab Baby Bootie or Big Baby Bootie footers with optional adhesive backing affixed under the bamboo board should be an effective vibration control platform to position between the stack of small components and the rack shelf surface.
