The fault is with the rant not the ignorance about a specific feature.
Well, yes and no. I don't condone but I can understand how frustration, anger, blind rage, an almost manic desire to inflict bodily harm on somebody somewhere envelope some of those who have to use certain types of MS software and to "upgrade" to a newer version of this or that which fixes what wasn't broke but doesn't fix what was.
It's odd, is it not, how often it's programmers who seem not to get this point. Many seem to feel it is up to users to learn how this or that "feature" works, not up to the programmer to learn how human beings work.
I speak from experience BTW.
