I'm on Mac OS X Lion (not Mountain Lion). Downloads via their busted Download Manager does not work. I downloaded the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) as HDtracks points me to.
The HDtracks problem persists as their download manager complains that my password is incorrect. Well, it's the same damned password I used to login and the same damned problem that occurred the last time I tried downloading from HDtracks.
It's not really a "Mac OS X" problem. The problem is HDtracks has failed to thoroughly test their Java based download manager.
